AAS is proud to offer you the strongest warranty in the industry. We want you to feel confident that the AAS “Titanium Series” product line is the highest quality display aerator ever manufactured!
Electrical:
All standard AAS “Titanium Series” display aerators have a 3 year warranty for the electrical parts which run under normal operating conditions. Light bulbs and glass lenses included with our lighting kits are the only parts which are not covered under this warranty. AAS is not responsible for any pre-control panel wiring or if this is deemed the cause of the warranty claim. We are always available if you have application questions or concerns.
Assembly:
All standard AAS “Titanium Series” display aerators have an UNCONDITIONAL, TRANSFERABLE, LIFETIME WARRANTY for all non-electrical parts. This means: If for ANY reason a non-electrical part is damaged so that it impairs the performance of the fountain / display aerator, it will be repaired or replaced with NO QUESTIONS ASKED !
This is AAS'S promise to you:
Even if the damage is a result from personal neglect, or an act of God, this warranty will cover it!
AAS will repair or replace the damaged part under warranty when the defective part is returned (postage prepaid) to the factory. These parts must be returned to the factory prior to shipment of the replacement parts.
We only ask for all warranty claims to have a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). You can contact your sales person or our technical service department to get the R.A.N. and warranty return instructions.
AAS will not be liable for consequential damage (personal injury or property) nor for any costs associated with removal or attempts to repair components in the field.
